Okay... so feedback so far has been "cute" and "babyfied"... then Ed went all pity-party on us again.

Actually, Mr. and Mrs. Mayhem are planning on having at least another child in the future. Their assumption at the moment is that they'd move the eldest into another room (decorated to fit her personality), leaving the nursery to the new child. With maybe a slight redesign.

Although he's proud of his work, Mayhem is kinda sick of painting, woodworking and baby decor. We'll see in three or so years if he redesigns or no.

As far as designing for babies - you're really only doing something that would be comforting for a baby. The rest of the design really is only what doesn't make you ill. The kids aren't much for pink and baby blue, so they went the green and purply-blue route. It gains my approval.

Nice room anyway. And by the way, I don't think babies are that much critic toward their room furniture... they begin to worry about it much later, when they're no longer babies... and want to hang posters you don't approve, listen to music you don't understand, and the like...
