Who's getting a DS?

You waste time playing games. Why not waste time talking about them too?

Yeah. I got my automated call from gamestop telling me my DS will be ready tomorow.

Hmm, it also said in the recording that I should bring any games i want to trade in...

Just in general, which gamecube games should I return?

Keep... hm...

The only GameCube games I know of are the Resident Evil series... a Zelda game, a Mario game... two Metroids... am I forgetting anything?

Ooh, 2 Pikmin games... a Pikachu game, some Super Smash Bros games... and... that's all I can think of.

Do you still play any of 'em regularly?

Not exactly...that doesn't mean I'm never gonna wanna play em again...

Hmm, I'll go look at the games I don't want anymore.

As a rule, I never return games, as I buy really good ones. That, and the return value is nil anyway, so why bother?

Ed, I fould this, you may find it cool. Go DS!

I splurged and got one!

Been playing Feel the Magic XX/XY. In general it feels like a really fun novelty. Not sure if it will "change gaming forever", but it's a lot of fun...

Cheers,
Ben

Games, I usually spend $5 to rent anything I'm interested in for a week.

I mean, a week is a really long time, and most games I've either beat or am sick of by then anyway. If it's still good after a week, I'll buy it.

Save huge cash that way.

Played some Super Mario 64 DS. As a fan of the N64 original, it's quite good. The graphics are improved and there are enough changes (i.e. you start out as yoshi, different star objectives) to make the experience seem fresh. Definitely the best game out for launch...

Cheers,
Ben

I GOT IT!

The screens are very pretty, and the sound is awesome, and the interface is cool.

Metroid hunters could be better

Mario 64 is mario 64.

So far so good though.

I am so sucky at Mario 64. I can't even beat the third or fourth course.

I got my DS just for Animal Crossing DS ....

Oh, okay, and whatever Pokémon games come out for it .... what?
