176.

I'm not too upset about that. Two pounds is considered "stable," as far as I'm concerned, and last week was particularly stressful, too. If I don't got back up next week, though, I'll start to worry.

You do realize that worrying will make you lose weight....

Unless worrying involves buying a liter of ice cream and eating it all at once >.>

Not that it did. This week said 178, which is good. Today I bought a kilo of raw chicken wings out of which I will make a soup tonight. So that gives me around 300 grams of chicken each night this week, plus the veggies and kidney beans I intend to put in the thing, plus what I'm eating on base every day. I think I'm doing good.

Stress is my enemy. It makes me not eat. I must smite it with food.

Lately at the gym I've been running 3 km in 15 minutes (plus or minus for warm up/cool down) on the treadmill. End-of-year goal: double my distance to 6 km. That'll entail both going faster and running for more time, but I'm fuzzy on how much of which... I'm roughly aiming for a speed of 15 km/h and running somewhere over 20 minutes, but if I can manage to run at 12 km/h for 30 minutes, I'll be happy too. Conversely, if I can run at 60 km/h for 6 minutes... well, I might just contact Charles Xavier.

Also: what? Gundam got married?

Explain!

I'll be participating in the holy month of Ramadan. Last time I did that, I lost 25 pounds. 5 pounds of that was from swine flu though.

Malnutrition at its finest.
