Why is Solid Snake in there? He isn't a Nintendo original character. I don't even think any of his games made it to a Nintendo system.

Um… what about Metal Gear and Metal Gear 2? And the ones for the various game boy systems? And Twin Snakes for GameCube?

And from what I read, Konami asked Nintendo to put him in the game. They actually wanted him in the last one but there was no time to add him.

As for other characters, I say they need (yes need, not just that I want them) Sonic and Tails.

I'm really hoping they stick Waluigi in there, too, now that we've seen Wario. Waluigi's quickly turned into a favorite character of mine.

I'm guessing Bomberman will make an appearance. Hudsonsoft stuff includes TurboGrafix 16, and Nintendo has connections to that via Virtual Console.

I hope they go nuts with the special characters. Sonic and tails aint garenteed yet though.

If wario is in it, chances are waluigi is in it too. Come on, it's nintendo.
