I wonder if she'll make a jump for the rope? The dinosaur still seems to be dozing for the moment, at least.

Oh, she will.
However, she is too absorbed by that rope and is too focused on the task of jumping far enough to grab it. When she does jump out and reach it, she will realize she can't grab the rope while holding that hourglass with one hand.
