Saint laid on his back, staring at the unopened letter addressed to him and sealed with the Higher Authority official seal. Historically speaking, these letters were bad news; An assasination was to occur, a war was beginning, a coup was forming, all of which Saint had no particular care to take part in. Still, as an officer of the Higher Authority, he was obligated to open it sooner or later.

He sighed and put the letter back into his desk drawer and firmly shut it. Later was good.

(ooc)oops, forgot celey was waiting for a reply from my character, got kind of side-tracked. (ooc)

Andy was once again oblivious to what was happening around him, and therefore didn't ask Adam why he kept checking his hand.


"So... what can you do that's special? If you don't mind my asking..."


It was almost funny considering how many other questions he had asked before.

Adam always had a problem finding the words to explain what he could do, and everytime he faced the question, he ended up just demonstrating his abilities to the person asking... However it seemed curiousity was really big in this school, and Adam was tired of having to move a desk with his mind to answer everyone's questions. That and he didn't want to get sent down to principal Belph's office for manifesting a fireball outside of class. (or anywhere on campuss for that matter)

It took him a few long seconds for him to answer Andy's question.

"I'm pyro, electro, and telekinetic... I guess that sounds like quite a bit, but I really can't do as much with my abilities as some people here."

He thought of that one kid he saw at the beginning of the year who manifested a car out of thin air. Imagine what someone like that could be capable of.

Adam had been growing more comfortable with his abilities since the start of the year, and was just starting to realize how limited his gifts were.

He spent the entire walk to the cafeteria thinking about the subject of what he could and couldn't do. It was starting to become an obsession of his. When he finally looked up to see the cafeteria doors, he looked a bit confused.

"I could have sworn the cafeteria was farther away than this..."

I am now going to propose an RP'll revival!

So, we all know the RP died after, well, three months after my dissapearance.

So, who would like to skip to the second half of semester one?

I was really hoping for Ota's return to trigger some sort of reboot, in the grand tradition of comic stories everywhere.

Andy didn't appear the least bit envious, though. Just excited.


"You know what I can do? I can cure baldness."


Andy beamed, proud of himself.

“You’ll be waiting for quite a while if you wish to stay till she wakes again”
A young girl in white suddenly appeared from behind the other side of the bed Jynx lay, her eyes were fixated on the floor. While she walked, she made no further sounds and the way her silk skirts swished on the floor made it seem like she was floating. She approached Conleth. She looked as though she could only be about six or so; a china doll, also in white, was tucked under her left arm. She turned to boy with an eerily vacuous expression, one much like the one mirrored by her doll, upon her small face. She had to look up at Conleth despite the fact he was seated.
“This one can nap for weeks, for months, she never could get the whole sleeping thing right”
“Diryn, don’t be mean… I think I’m getting the hang of it”
The white child faced the bed, as she did, the large black horns on the back of her head were exposed as were a pair of wiry wings. Jynx was sitting up again, still looking a bit dazed but far more refreshed. As Diryn blankly stared into the face of the fox demon she noticed the faded marking on her face.
‘I see, now that you’ve freed yourself you needn’t constantly fight with you demonic bonding,’ Diryn glowed for a moment and then began to fade from the room. “Do take care, you really should be more on guard”
Jynx smiled weakly and looked back over to Conleth (as if nothing had happened), “I..uhmm, you needn’t of waited on me, but I’m really glad you did” Jynx then suddenly took great interest in the covers that she had previous been sleeping in.

Conleth, absolutely oblivious of the apparently embarrassed behavior of the demon girl, simply replied: "Well, you asked me to, so I thought I could content you."
Then, referring to the little ghostly girl: "Who was she? Maybe a friend of yours?"
And immediately after, like an afterthought: "No, nevermind. It's not my business, I should not ask you in the first place."
He got up from his chair. "I'm glad to see you feel better. I'll go now, I still have some classes. Maybe you should rest some more. We can see again later, when you have completely recovered."

Ah, all right. Sorry it took my so long to comply... and thank you for the opportunity.

“No,” Jynx lifted her head to watch Conleth get up and take his leave, “It is fine, Diryn is a—” She paused to think, “yes, Friend is right word.” She smiled warmly at him, “You do not have to keep silent to simply be polite. You have helped me, the least I can do is answer some of your questions”
She ran her fingers through her hair, it still refused to stay down, her face reddened a little. She must be looking terrible.
“I hope your stay here well not result in any trouble,” She laid back down, “Thank you again, Conleth Danann O’ Ciaràn”
